Fast response via mail (within 24 hours), Actual pick up and delivery according to their offer. Very good service to use during my 2 week travel which saved me some luggage weight.

Great service! Reliable pickup and delivery, great care of our clothes, and much more reasonable prices and faster service than the hotel! (Who ever thought a hotel would require ONE WEEK to return laundry??) I strongly recommended that the hotel even switch to LaundryTown, and I'll certainly use LaundryTown on my next trip, as well as recommending it to my friends who are expats and travelers!

Thanks so much, Elizabeth. We appreciate the kind words. Yeah hotels can be a bit unreasonably with their laundry service/prices which is the main reason we created Laundry Town. -Saul

Normally navigating laundry in a foreign place is easy, and there is wash and fold nearby. This is not true in Shanghai, and LaudryTown does exactly the right thing. Quick turnaround, pay per KG, and settle with paypal or international method. I use it weekly.

We have used this service on two different trips, for a total of three times. Every time things have worked out just as expected. That includes the regular next day service and once the express same-day service. It is about the easiest way to get laundry done in Taipei when you're not a local.
