DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Had a horrible experience whereby they claimed to have dropped my laundry back at the hotel but provided no information (when, to who, a photo of how it was packaged, etc) and then complained when I was calling after hours. Now I have lost over $500 worth of clothing thanks to their horrific service when all they had to do was provide some basic communication. Horrible company to deal with. Just don't use them!

Dishonest review. Troy's clothes were delivered early and on time. His hotel concierge at Le Meridien Shanghai lost track of them though, temporarily. I explained this to him and even told him where he could find the clothes, on the storage rack of the concierge, but he didn't feel like checking for whatever reason and left without his clothes. Meanwhile, they were sitting on the storage rack the whole time, in plain sight. His clothes were not lost. Hotel will send them to him. He messaged us during nonworking hours around 9 and 10pm and became upset that we didn't reply right away. Even after realizing the hotel made the error (he was berating us and accusing us of losing his clothes and demanding an insurance claim from us, etc.), he was too proud to admit it, let alone apologize, and doubled down/continued berating us. We did everything we were supposed to do. Maybe try checking the storage rack/closets next time. Or show some discontent towards the people who actually misplaced your clothes (the hotel concierge). Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Zero customer service and they didn't pick up my order or communicate anything. If you need laundry done. DO NOT USE Edit to respond: Order pickup was set for the day prior to when they would close (2/7). Only after many attempts for reach them, the day it was suppose to be delivered did they finally respond on WeChat (Zero customer service in the sense that there is no proactive measures on their part). If anyone doubts me, just look for a phone number to contact them (there isn’t one). Just look at the rude and aggressive nature of their response. I still have not even received a refund. Absolute joke of a company

Hello everyone. So David conveniently left out one extremely important fact: he requested a delivery during Spring Festival which is a national holiday and obviously the biggest holiday of the year in Taiwan. Note the date of this review. It is the first day of the Spring Festival. There is a large red banner across the front of our website indicating we are closed and everyone across the entire country already knows most all business are closed on that day, but he still requested a delivery on that day. You can't request a delivery on a day when a business is closed, especially when that day is the single biggest holiday of the year. Everyone knows most businesses are closed that day, and for many days following. Yes unfortunately we are human and need to take days off, including the biggest holiday of the year. We communicated with David numerous times via WeChat so the claim of zero customer service is also not true. For David to act as if he had no error here, or like it was just any regular day (and not the biggest national holiday of the year) is simply disingenuous.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They returned my clothes unwashed and with more wrinkles than when I gave it to them. Additionally, I was missing a very expensive pair or jeans and instead they included jeans that weren't mine. When I contacted them and told them that I received jeans that weren't mine they argued with me and said that isn't possible. Be careful, they don't actually wash your clothing. They spray febreeze on them, fold them, then return and claim they washed and dried.

Do not use them
Do not use them! Absolutely horrible. I was promised that my clothes would be delivered ON TIME... it has been over two days and they’re telling me its going to be delivered at 10pm tonight... I’m so mad. I have to leave at 5am and I have to pack AND I’m supposed to go out tonight. They barely Answer on WeChat. Terrible service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever again

It's reviews from customers like this that have begun to degrade the integrity of reviews and review sites. Her review is wholly inaccurate. Her clothes were returned on time. If she didn't bother to read even the most basic information that is clearly listed on the website, that is no one's fault, but her own. It's sad that service based businesses like ours now live in a time were unscrupulous customers will just go and review bomb at any little perceived unsatisfaction, even if they are in the wrong. They lost my trousers and ignored all…
They lost my trousers and ignored all of my emails asking them about this. If they had responded I would not have given them this review as I understand things get lost but I think the true value of a company is how they react when things go wrong. They charge a lot more than local companies but I was willing to pay that as the reviews were so positive. They hold themselves out as being a cut above but ignoring a customer is clearly not acceptable. Very very disappointed.

*Customer Abuse* I'm flagging this as customer abuse due to a false accusation of losing clothes and misleading information within the review itself. Rachel sent 3 emails the day before yesterday, in the afternoon. 2 of them were literally 54 minutes apart. We replied within a day, but by that time she had already dismissed the issue and left us 1 star reviews on multiple platforms. We did not lose the trousers. She has no proof of this, made no record or recording of any kind beforehand. It's a bulk laundry service charged by the kilo and the trousers she mentions are the backpacker/parachute kind you see on the racks on the street for 100-200 baht. Also, we do not charge a lot more than local companies. There is just too much false information in this review to cover. Our prices are currently 70 baht per kilo. All along Sukhumvit shops charge nearly 100 a kilo and even the self service laundromats charge 100 or more to turn on a washer or dryer. This is customer abuse, plain and simple. Making false accusations. No proof/evidence. Dumping 1 star reviews on multiple platforms. Other false information within the review, etc...unfortunately every service based business has to deal with a bad apple or 2 and this simply hurts the integrity of TrustPilot, it's reviews, and the community.

WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER
WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER. ALL OF THE CLOTHES ARE NOW UNWEARABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SMALL. WE SPECIFICALLY ASK A SPECIAL DRYING AND PAY A FEE FOR THAT AND NOW EVERYTHING IS TOO TIGHT AND TOO SMALL. PLUS I ASK THEM TO REMOVE SOMETHING FROM A SWEATSHIRT BEFORE THEY EVEN PICK UP THE LAUNDRY, THEY TOLD ME « OK », THEY DID NOT AND TOLD ME IN THE AFTERMATH THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. THEY ARE NO ANSWERING NEITHER MY CALL NOR MY EMAILS NOR MY WECHAT. PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!

Customer sent in a sweatshirt with a patch on it that was not suitable for washing. Patch did not look the same afterwards (wasn't completely destroyed or anything, just a bit curly/shrunk). We never told him we'd remove the patch. Why even send it in like that? Why not just take it off yourself?...he probably forgot, I'm guessing, and now it's somehow our fault. It is clearly stated on our website that we are not responsible for things you send in that are not suitable. This applies to pretty much any laundry shop. It's a bulk laundry service, paid per kilo. After customer began threatening us, we decided to discontinue communication. After customer realized we weren't going to pay for his sweater or other unfair/unjust compensation, he began claiming the clothes had shrunk as well. It's unfortunate to see how some people act when they don't get their way. Saul

Do not use
Used once, underwear is now falling apart since being washed there. Whites are now grey. Over charged. When emailed about the clothes they suggested I was my underwear by hand from now on. Even though this underwear has been washed numerous times before by laundry services and has always been fine!
