When I first joined LMA, I came in with a lot of ambition, but also a lot of uncertainty. I initially started in the Accelerator program, and early on, I'll be honest -- there was a information overload. I was trying to understand the structure, the process, the sequencing, and whether I truly had the support needed to build something real while balancing work, family, and life responsibilities. What changed everything for me was the people. The more I engaged with the team, the more clarity I gained. Christian (COO), Zarar (CEO), Aaron, Waleed, and the rest of the team consistently made themselves available -- whether through Slack, calls, workshops, reviews, or direct conversations. At no point did I feel left in the dark. Every question was met with transparency, patience, and genuine support. What stood out most to me is that this is NOT a "done-for-you gimmick." It's a true "done-with-you" environment. They don't just try to build your business -- they help develop you into an owner. There's a strong emphasis on accountability, leadership, mindset, communication, and long-term thinking. The support is real, but they also respect you as the CEO of your own business and help you grow into that role. After deeper conversations with Leadership team and understanding the vision more clearly, I upgraded into the CEO program -- and from there, the level of structure, responsiveness, execution, and collaboration became even more apparent. The turnaround times, project coordination, communication cadence, and willingness to help problem-solve have genuinely exceeded my expectations. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't pressure you blindly. They actually take time to understand your situation, your goals, your mindset, and help guide you toward the best path forward. The relationships and mentorship aspect of this program has honestly been one of the most valuable parts. If someone is considering joining, my honest advice is this: You only lose if you stay disengaged. The opportunity, support, systems, and guidance are all there -- but you have to participate, ask questions, stay coachable, and put in the work. If you do that, there is a tremendous amount of value here, both from a business standpoint and from a personal development standpoint. I'm genuinely grateful for the team, the support, and the experience so far, and I'm excited to continue building with them!
