Experience working with Zarar Ameen and Mohammed Natik.
I worked with Zarar Ameen and Mohammed Natik for over a year, working closely with both of them across sales and sales operations. Beyond our professional relationship, I considered them good friends. I stopped working with them around 6–8 months ago due to several disagreements with the way they operated, including ethical and moral concerns. However, the biggest issue was payment. I was never paid for the final two months of my work, and despite following up for approximately six months, I have yet to receive anything. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Several other employees have experienced similar situations. If this is how they treat someone who worked closely with them for over a year and considered them a friend, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their clients and whether their clients' best interests truly come first. I have evidence to support my claims, both regarding my own experience and those of other former employees who are willing to share their stories. These are not accusations from strangers, but concerns raised by people who worked closely with them, some of whom considered them good friends. I genuinely hate that things have come to this. Despite everything, I hope they take responsibility, make things right with the people they owe, and find a way to improve how they operate moving forward.
