The worst company.
The worst company. I have experienced an incredibly frustrating ordeal with this company, and I must say it has been the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Initially, I was excited to collaborate with them regarding my new item, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to dismay when I attempted to reach out on two separate occasions to discuss our project. On both occasions, the company canceled our scheduled meetings with absolutely no prior notice or explanation. This pattern of behavior has left me feeling disregarded and unimportant as a client. The lack of communication from their team has been nothing short of astonishing. I have sent a email seeking clarification and assistance, yet I have received no response whatsoever. It feels as though my inquiries have been completely ignored, which is incredibly disheartening for someone who is trying to navigate the complexities of launching a new product. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the company’s claims about their ability to help individuals successfully raise funds on crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo. They even promote various videos on YouTube, showcasing their supposed expertise and success stories. However, my experience has shown a stark contrast to these claims. Their focus seems to be on sending vague, unhelpful messages rather than providing the genuine assistance and guidance that clients like me desperately need. Overall, I feel utterly abandoned and misled by this company. It is incredibly frustrating to have a new idea and not be able to get in touch with anyone who can help me bring it to fruition. I had hoped for a collaborative partnership, but instead, I am left feeling isolated and unsupported.

Hey Shpiel, while I don't love to hear you had a bad experience, I appreciate you letting us know. I looked into it a bit more and this is what I found: - It looks like you submitted our contact form on Dec 4, 2024 at 11:18am. - Andrew reviewed your project in more detail and didn't think we would be the best partner for your launch because we don't have a lot of success with products in your category. - He canceled the meeting and sent an email at 11:40AM the same day. - He let you know the reasons why and included resources to a free audiobook download of Crowdfunded as well as a 45 minute free video on how to launch a Kickstarter yourself. - Then on December 5th at 3:29PM you submitted again on our contact form. - This time Jessie from my team responded on Dec 6th at 7:54AM. - She saw that you had already been in contact with Andrew and let you know again the reason why the meeting was canceled before and included the same resources. Maybe you missed those emails from them, but I hope those resources are helpful with your launch. Shoot me an email at [email protected] if you have any other questions. Best, Mark Pecota | CEO
