🚨 BIG AVOID – LAUNCH DIAGNOSTICS 🚨 I bought a Launch X431 Pro3 ACE last year, advertised with 2 years of free updates. From the first year, I discovered that the scanner did not provide the vehicle coverage I expected from the advertising. Although it was being promoted with updates/coverage up to around 2026, many vehicles available on my unit only appeared to be covered up to approximately 2020. I contacted Launch multiple times by email and provided photos and evidence showing the problem. What response did I get? Nothing. My emails have been completely ignored. I have now been waiting more than 2 months without a proper response or solution. For equipment at this price level, this standard of customer service is completely unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a Launch diagnostic scanner research other options first. There are other professional diagnostic platforms available, and I certainly would not spend my hard-earned money with this company again. This was my first Launch diagnostic scanner, and it will also be my last. I intend to report the matter to the relevant consumer protection bodies and provide them with the correspondence, advertising information and evidence I have collected. Customers should receive the product, coverage, updates and support they were promised when they paid for it. ⚠️ BIG AVOID Do your research before spending your money to them.
