Bad quality videos (AGAIN) . Although it seemed that the company did a good job through their sponsors. I have tried them twice delivering inadequate results.(Bad resolution videos, Selecting videos that are unable to properly promote the product)

They are just a service to Dropship ads from fiverr. I had joined the drop vault and thought I would get my videos in 24 hours but ended up taking 2 days instead which is the standard delivery time Update: The team has reached out to me and agreed to refund the subscription costs so no harm was done in the long run

Hi David. We have our own team, we don't use parties, I understand that you want to put us in a bad place. Your order was delivered in 1 day https://prnt.sc/OpK5yp0kD1gO Thanks for clarification!

launch ads is not bad. whats important is you tell them exactly what you want or they may make something that isn't exactly what you want. communication is key. quality is good. revisions take a while tho.

Hey Hamud. I can't find you as a costumer, can you give us your email to check? Thank you

I went for 3 split variations - I did not expect much for 60$, but the results were really bad. The three videos are exactly the same, only cut differently - no new content. Also, the text they write below the scenes in the videos does not match what is going on at all. Overall very poorly made with absolutely zero creativity or even the slightest attention to what the product is and what it does. Pros: Fast delivery, nice support - they allow you to do small revisions. Perhaps the quality is better if its for a really popular product with much pre-existing media for it.

Hey Captain. We are sorry to hear this if it is a real experience, because I can't find any account with the name 'Captain Jsus' Please give me an email address you used to purchase and we will solve the case. As for the 3 split test ads, there is only 1 video with 3 variations (the first seconds changed) to be able to test hooks. But please give us your email address and we will solve it. UPDATE: there is someone who is trying to spoil our image, there is no account with this name.

Amazing team, I made 5-6 orders, everything arrived exactly as I requested, even when it needs to be repaired, they repair it quickly and courteously, I am satisfied
