I ordered flowers including chocolates. The bouquet was delivered on the same day, however most of the flowers were old not fresh, and the chocolates were not delivered. Update #2: ​✅​ After contacting customer service, they offered to send another bouquet. I confirmed that it was delivered, and the quality this time was better, with the chocolates included. They have great customer service.

Nice company to deal with and very transparent and responsive. There were some delivery delays due to some difficulties with logistics and availability that meant the flowers were delivered later than expected. However, LatinFlower kept me informed throughout and I had always the option to cancel if required. I decided to wait instead. When delivery did take place in the end they had upgraded the flowers significantly (to a much nicer and larger bucket) as a free gesture & compensation which was really appreciated. They looked absolutely stunning, and the receiver was very very happy with the flowers. So all in all I would recommend LatinFlores and will definitely use their services next time I am looking to send flowers. Problems with deliveries can happen in all companies, but not everyone would deal with it in such a customer focused way that LatinFlowers did, so I would like to applaud them for that.

I tried this service for the first time and was really sceptic if its going to success. There are not much companies providing these kind of deliveries so far away with payable prices and you can't just send something from amazon.. - but it totally worked! My order was made on the 19.04.21 from Germany, wanting to send a few flowers to Ecuador. It arrived the next day without problems, like I chose the arrival date and message on the page. I was a little bit dissapointed because there's no notification about the arrival (needed to ask friends), the new customer discount didn't work and the additional fee for delievery is shown only in the end of payment. So don't expect too much, the page sometimes doesn't work so well. But for little surprise very nice!
