Scammers. Place order on 11th Feb for for flowers worth $750 for delivery on 14th. Get email on 14th night RAN OUT IF FLOWERS!! When order placed, they confirmed delivery for 14th. Now they want to deliver few days later. Fighting to get my money back!! NO ONE ANWERS PHONE.

Hice un pedido el dia 11 para este 14 de febrero del 2025 y no llegó nada, y por más que hablo no responden en sus redes, WhatsApp, correo incluso por llamada tampoco contestan. No confíen en esta empresa

The most irresponsible service ever. I ordered flowers to Dominican Republic, two days ago. Never got them. The order says unfulfilled but paid. No phone to call them, none of them works. WhatsApp number they have is a scam, they dont respond nor reply. Emails and emails and they dont support. One person has just responded twice saying that “the person is charged will get back”, but no one provides status. In the meantime, 114 usd down my card. I will report to the police and the bank for scam. But wanted to warn others, avoid at all costs, there are plenty options to send flowers abroad with serious providers, dont fall in this one, is a big trap. Edit: Since there’s no way to reply to the response, wanted to leave the update to be fair. I confirm the refund. After many emails and messages, no one responding, days later they have responded and generated the credit in the bank.

If I could give a negative number review I would. By Valentine’s Day at 5pm local time of the delivery country, they had not even contacted the recipient much left deliver the arrangement. Conveniently, on Valentine’s Day they only respond to emails which they do not respond to at all after about noon. You do not want this additional complication when dealing with an already complicated international delivery. Avoid at all costs and try a different provider. Verified Order #9245.

I purchased a delivery the 12 of February to be delivered on the 12 and today is the 12 and my order still says preparing for shipment..now I will like my refund back and I can't get ahold of no one to help me because that's a little over 200 dollars that I pay for 2 items and all I get is an automated email saying my message was sent to the right person but is been 2 days and I will appreciate at least a phone call...now iam try to leave a new review and won't let me....you people need to answer my emails..i want my money back

I ordered flowers for San Javier/San Xavier in Bolivia (Department Santa Cruz), I already found it interesting the charging of more than about 12% for the delivery when I ordered, but I accepted as I wanted to send my fiancee flowers for her birthday. Later they came around argumenting the city were a remote location and wanted to charge me 50 US$ extra which, with the already charged delivery fee, would comprise far more than 75% (!) of the product's value. This is very close to usury, completely unacceptable and not a serious business behaviour. At least I am about to get my money refunded as far as they wrote (...).

I paid a lot of money for a charcuterie board and flowers to be delivered to Argentina. Neither was delivered and the phone number doesn't work. When I contact through email, I get an automated response, same message every time. It feels like a scam. I find it hard to believe these reviews are valid.

La verdad estoy muy decepcionada confíe una entrega especial y esta no la enviaron, pido respuestas o motivos y no las dan, pido reembolso y tampoco. Alguien que sepa en donde puedo enviar este caso y que me regresen mi dinero.
