Order flowers for a celebration 1 week ahead and pay for them, so that I can receive messages from them on the day of delivery that they can't do the quantity for what I pay for and can be half of stuff, and they didn't deliver anything. Still waiting for a refund. Scam page.

Primeramente quería anular la compra por que encontré algo mejor y nunca pude hacerlo, el día que debería llegar el ramo llego pero no era lo que esperaba, el valor alto y nisiquiera se podía comparar con la descripción de la foto.

I paid $62 for flowers, and I already felt like it was too much for the amount they were going to provide. I confirmed delivery date, and on that day they send me a message claiming they can't deliver it without me paying an extra $100. Total scam.

Pésima atención al solucionar inconvenientes, arreglo enviado nada tenía que ver con el contratado. Luego del reclamo ya no contestan. En forma posterior a la publicación por este medio se logró la devolución del valor pagado y por consiguiente el retiro del arreglo de flores.

La peor estafa que he sufrido en años. Después de haber pagado el servicio nunca llegó y no responden sus mensajes.

LatinFlores es una empresa absolutamente ineficiente y desastrosa. Su nivel de incompetencia es tan alto que demostró la falta total de profesionalismo y seriedad. Su servicio al cliente es un chiste. No se responsabilizan de sus propios errores, no ofrecen ni una disculpa, y actúan como si no importara lo que pase con los clientes. Esto es simplemente inaceptable. Es claro que su única prioridad es ganar dinero, sin importar cuántos clientes defrauden en el camino. Eviten a toda costa esta empresa que no tiene ni el mínimo respeto por sus clientes. ¡LATINFLORES NO SE MERECE NADA MENOS QUE UNA QUEJA RADICAL!

Ho ordinato un mazzo di rose rosa e rosse di San Valentino per la mia ragazza, per il 14 di Febbraio, e non sono arrivati, chiedo quindi spiegazioni ma nessuno ti risponde di giorno, rispondono solo di notte, non si sa il motivo, poi dopo mi promettono che avrebbero inviati i fiori il 15 di Febbraio. I fiori sono arrivati alle ore 18:00 del 15 Febbraio dopo che ho contestato via email il servizio e sono arrivati inoltre dei fiori sbagliati. Erano solo rose rosa e margherita. Mancavano le rose rosse. Pessimo servizio. Mai più. Euroflora sarà sempre il migliore.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in Mexico a week in advance for Valentine’s Day and paid around $56 USD for them. Despite my early order, the flowers were never delivered on February 14th. At the end of the day, I sent a complaint message, and by 10 PM Mexican time, I received an email saying that they had run out of flowers and asked if I wanted them to be delivered the next day. I responded, agreeing to the next-day delivery, but also asked them what time they would arrive. I never received a reply. I sent another email asking about my delivery hours later, and once again, no response from the company. To this day, I have received no flowers and no explanation. I am extremely disappointed and feel scammed. This company failed to deliver on a special occasion, leaving me feeling embarrassed for not being able to surprise my girlfriend—not on the 14th and not even on the 15th. DO NOT buy from Latinflores.com. This is a scam.
