When sending messages the Emojis are in the way and they end up sending ahead of the messages wasting coins it's very frustrating it's done on purpose intentionally in order to cost more coins and that's unfair to the consumer I'm actually going to be sending customer service a message right now regarding this exact issue very frustrating and it's stupid that they put the Emojis right there in the way it's not efficient it's done so that if you make a mistake it's like almost not noticeable there's robots here they ask the same questions and if you tell them to call you and you give them a fake number their reply is always I got to get to know you better I have to be honest with you I don't give out my information blah blah blah and they are all the same almost identical oh my gosh you know how to make a woman blush you sure are amazing they add your name in there the coins are placed too high I was offered 50% off discount when I purchased the coins they did not honor it there are many fake profiles and the company should be more diligent and mindful however they seem to kind of turn a blind eye because those robots and people spending the money are generating business for them so why would they want to do anything these are all common tactics amongst all of these websites and why do I know this for a fact because I used to work for three of them two of them are extremely popular so all of these websites use the same tactics their prices are very high allowing you 10 messages for $17 it's ridiculous and very seldom it makes things worth it I was lucky to meet a woman who's special and I'm thankful however a lot of money was wasted not spent wasted sending message and the company does nothing to honor it and however they say they do very little is done other than the basics
