Subject: Shoutout for Great and Prompt Service! Amy I wanted to share a quick note to say thank you for the help with my request, You handled my request right away and gave me a direct response without any hassle. That kind of speed and great attitude really made my day. Thank you again for going above and beyond! In the past, it has always been a hassle to either delete or deactivate account, sometimes weeks, months depending on account type. This prolonging makes me uneasy with the platform. The best way to deal with it, Give the users the option to deactivate account at will. This Review is based on my experience with one customer support service, it doesn't reflect on the content, use of the platform. Again, Thank You Amy! 😊
