Reliable box fans at a reasonable price and great email customer service.
I have owned Lasko box fans for many years, and have found them very dependable overall. I like how they come with a one year warranty. Also, how relatively inexpensive they are. The one thing I don't like though, is that the plastic handle on my wife's Lasko box fan broke soon after she bought it. Their chat platform has not been helpful to me. But Aljon of their email customer support team has been very helpful and shipped me a replacement box fan handle within a few days. The same happened when a plastic foot cracked. They reply to repair issues very quickly. Overall, I recommend Lasko box fans to others.
