Good luck getting help from customer service
The fan worked well initially, but after some time the motor at the base makes a weird noise when the fan oscillates. I wrote an email to Lasko asking for a replacement of the motor, I was even willing to pay for it. Zero response from the customer service. The best part is after sending the email, I started receiving promotional emails. They spam my inbox for things I don't need and ignored me when I needed help on an issue. Classy. The remote control also comes with the most garbage batteries you can imagine. They leak after some time and damaged the remote control. Never buying another product from them again.
