Laser Pointer StoreReviews of laserpointerstore.com

I never received my items . So send me what I paid for . Would be nice if they send me the best laser over nite next day air so I can I joy it

I purchased a laser pointer from this store as a gift for a relative. The laser did not arrive, despite the tracking showing as delivered. I contacted the customer service and they offered to send me a replacement at 50% of the cost. After requesting a refund instead of this (as the laser was no longer wanted) the company decided to ignore any messages from me, as they were convinced the item was delivered. I recieved a refund after disputing this through my bank, where in the process they accused me of lying about the delivery.

Was told shipping would be 7-15 days 21 days later still no laser and I can't get a refund.

I paid $75 for the 500mw 520nm, but received the $15 532nm laser that does not work!. I used fresh battery, but does nothing if I shine it in the camera on my cell it shows a faint green glow! I then put the battery into another laser that laser works so it's not the Battery, Stefan

arrived with no battery. Where can I get a battery for this?
