I got a cold call from these folks one day asking if I needed help with my tax issues. At that time, I was looking for some help getting my issues resolved as I was not looking forward to the 4 hour hold times with the IRS. I was eventually connected with Steve where he explained what they do. There was no hard sell or infomercial style pitch but just that they are here to help which put me at ease and comfortable. Long story short, they helped me resolve my issues with the IRS at a dramatically lower charge and did a lot of the heavy lifting. My issues took a couple of years to resolve but never in that time did I feel like I was being neglected and it even got to a point where I felt like I was bothering them.
