LargeteeReviews of largetee.com

I ordered a poster, says it was delivered and hasnt been. Tried contacting them but have had no reply.

Your site says 100% guarantee so I expected an exchange or full refund. My t-shirt is a large size shirt with the wrong tag size on it. Or their size chart is wrong. I have never had so much issues with a company like this. Ordered an XL it fits like a L I asked for an exchange to an XXL so it did fit my friend with a pic and they refused asked for a refund and they said it was past the 30 days. Well by then it was cause they take forever to respond and don't take responsibility for their shirt mistake.

Terrible customer service. I accidentally placed 2 of the same item on my order, tried to immediately cancel the extra item they refused

Order placed over 1 month ago and only 1 Tee arrived out of 4

No glowing 4.5 stars from us. Our order placed over two months ago still not received.

I ordered goods for a Christmas present having been quoted 5-10 days delivery. 24 days on still not received it. One person in Customer services told me it has been mislaid and asked me to fill in a claims form. Claims department tell me it hasn't been mislaid and to allow 5 weeks for delivery, before contacting them again. Re contacted Customer Services who do not answer any of my questions just sent me the same response as the claims department. No idea if or when I will receive my order and Largetee simply ignore any discussion about a refund. Very poor service would never use again.

I ordered an XL but when it came in, even though it says XL it is no bigger than a small by anyone else's standard. The person can't wear it due to the size being so small. She likes the shirt but it is incorrectly sized.
