Can't say for sure....
The battery came on time, I was unaware that the battery would need to be calibrated to my laptop. I followed the instructions to do so, however the calibration did not work. I am not very tech savvy so after trying to calibrate a few times to no avail. As long as I left it plugged in it worked so I guess I am unable to say the battery was truly working.

shipping took 5 days extra with no communication
Response from LaptopbatterydirectJun 25, 2024
Dear customer, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in response to your recent review regarding the delay in shipping your order and the lack of communication on our part. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation has caused you. Upon investigating your order, it is evident that there was a delay in processing and shipping, resulting in a 5-day extension beyond the expected delivery timeframe. This delay, compounded by our failure to communicate promptly about the status of your order, does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. I want to assure you that we take incidents like this very seriously. Immediate steps are being taken internally to enhance our communication protocols and ensure such delays are minimized moving forward. To make amends for the inconvenience you experienced, I would like to offer 10% discount for your next order. Additionally, I encourage you to contact me directly at [email protected] so that I can personally address any further concerns you may have and ensure your future experiences with us are positive. We greatly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve based on your feedback. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Best regards, laptopbatterydirect.net Team
