They checked if I had selected the correct battery. In the mean time I broke a ribbon cable socket on the docking station so was able to cancel the order. I am impressed with their surface. I will use them again without hesitation.

Battery arrived much quicker than expected, which is excellent considering it is free to-door delivery. The battery itself was well packaged and works wonderfully (as to be expected from a new battery). I found the battery was cheaper on Laptop-battery-shop than most other shops, and I worried it might be too good to be true (either a scam or have to wait ages for it to be shipped from a factory somewhere in Asia). In the end it seems to have shipped from a warehouse in Germany (which shares a border with my country), so only took a few days! Communication from laptop-battery-shop was pretty good too (order and dispatch confirmations etc). I'm very satisfied!
