I just had a great experience obtaining a replacement battery for my older laptop which had limited availability anywhere on the Internet (and nowhere local). Before finding laptop-battery-shop.com (LBS) I was even considering having a technical service shop rebuild the battery from cells (which I'm told is regulated). LBS listed the battery based on my laptop model description as a compatible replacement meeting the manufacturer's specifications. They had IMO a great price and Free Shipping. Although the battery was shipped from an international location, it arrived in a reasonable time And tracking number was provided to check shipment status on its journey. The people working at LBS are helpful and especially Juin who helped correct an initial problem placing the order and corresponding to let me know the order was placed and the tracking number and eventually asking, if everything worked! All this makes it easy for me to recommend Laptop-battery-shop.com when you need a battery they have, especially if it's a difficult to find replacement. Thanks to Juin and LBS!

I still haven't received my battery or any valid shipping information on the battery. I have emailed Laptop Battery Shop 3 times, but have only received 1 response, and that response did not have valid shipping information.

Great vendor. I ordered and received an OEM battery and unfortunately it didn't fit my computer, which I could have noticed if I had paid more attention to the images of the connector and which connector my laptop accepted. Not a vendor issue, as far as I could tell I received a well packaged, good OEM battery. They accepted my return and were responsive via email.
