I have 4 pairs of the sandles that I ordered and "love" them. When I received my current confirmation order #ZCHUKIQHL it was in the correct color and the right shoe, but was missing the rinestones!!!!! Would appreciate a response as I do love La Plume shoes

I sincerely apologize that the pair you received was missing the rhinestone buckle detail. I understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you were expecting the embellished style. Since the shoes you received are still the correct size, color, and style, I’d like to offer you a 50% refund on this pair if you’d prefer to keep them. My hope is that this allows you to still enjoy the pair you received while also giving you the opportunity to treat yourself to the rhinestone style you originally wanted. Of course, if you would rather return the pair instead, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist you with that as well.
