I ordered a pair of La Plume shoes, and the experience was a mix of excitement and frustration. The website was sleek and easy to navigate, but when I placed my order, I was only offered one size. No alternatives, no flexibility-just a single option. I was thrilled to find my size, but the lack of other choices made me hesitate. The shoes themselves looked stunning, but the rigid sizing policy left me feeling a bit disappointed. I hope they expand their options soon, because the design is worth the wait.

After ordering the shoes I received several updates on shipping etc. after a couple of weeks or more after I’d been charged, more emails came and then the ultimate the shoes were sold out. Terrible disappointment and disorganization! Anne Sullivan

I FedEx a return which arrived at your address on Tuesday, February 17 and as of today February 19 you have not shown a credit. I cannot give you a good review until I receive a credit. Thank you, Ann Zimmerman

I ordered on the 6th of November and till today the 24th I didn’t receive my order. It wasn’t the first time they didn’t care to use a good shipping method.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I ordered two pairs of shoes and then my elderly grandmother changed her mind. I returned both pairs without her ever trying them on! They only refunded me for one pair and claim that the second pair looks worn and scuffed.... well that's funny because if the shoes look worn it's because they sent them to me like that, given that I never even took them out of the box. I've tried emailing them a bunch of times, explaining the situation, and requesting a full refund and they stopped responding to my messages. WHAT A SCAM!!!
