Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for your recent review, and for bringing to our attention your dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. We tried to call and email you but couldn't reach you. We are sorry to hear that our product didn't meet your expectations. We are a small local business, and unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping with a purchase under $300. In your order, you received a $10 coupon that offset your shipping charge in this case. The product you purchased is not offered in the original packaging and is only available in the format shipped to you. When making your choice, our website offers you two options: 2ml and 100ml. We always suggest our clients order 2ml to test or 100ml for a better value. We can't wait to see you at our store again! Have a great day, Vika
