I ordered product based on a Facebook Ad which offered a moneyback guarantee. When i asked for money back because the colour didn't suit, i was refused and told that they would give me another shade of my choosing as long as i paid for shipment to Australia where I live. Then their customer service seemed to lose my messages and claim not to have heard back from me...although they're writing these messages on top of mine...17 so far! Just heard from them again and now they want me to send it back...when everyone knows that with hygiene laws they can'use it again anyway....postage for me is about $23!

The foundation no prob but terrible packaging ,the ist time I used it the stick is to long so is the bottle ,as you pull stick out the foundation goes everyware as to much comes out so left with very messy container ,as wen you put stick back in it makes a terrible mess.in the end used it once and had to bin it

Ordered on 4/29/25 never received my order. Sent an email still no response. I would like a refund but no one is responding back. It’s a shame on how these companies are robbing people. I rarely don’t order from Facebook or Intragram because of this.

The shade I received was too dark, I have been calling and sent a few emails to exchange the color for the correct color all to no avail. The only option they offered was 20% off my next order. Why would I order again when I can't even use the first product I paid for. Almost $40 wasted.

I ordered Splendor balm. The issued wrong color. Informed them of their error and they advised they will reissue the correct option. Never received the shipping confirmation! Never got a response when I followed up due to no response. This company is a SCAM!!!

I received notification that my product had been delivered by/at my mailbox. No such thing. Only USPS has the key to deliver mail and my home is across the street from the community mail box. I've been trying to reach customer service since April 19th with no response. I usually check reviews but failed to do so, this time. Boy are they horrible. I am requesting a refund. The product I received was a misrepresentation of what was posted on Facebook. The shoe was poor quality. Shipped from China which was also not advertised and trying to get in touch with customer service now. They have a number listed that doesn’t work. Sent a email to support. Disputed charges with my credit card company. Not good for business at all.

This make up company based in china. I was excited before the order arrived. Took about 10 days to reach me in the UK. This company do not deserve a single star and I’m truly regret for ordering the foundation. I have been trying to contact LANERA customer support about issues on foundation but the company still ignoring. I have been writing few comments on LANERA few comments on their post social media facebook just to try to catch their attention so my issue can be dealt with but they have been deleting all my comments. They just don’t want to replace/ refund the product. I totally feel this is a scam makeup company. I’m Feeling sad writing this review . Please think twice if you thinking of trying this product. The company hired people to write good reviews on Facebook and they deleting all the genuine comments.
