FAO LANERA If my money is not refunded today I will be starting legal action and leaving the review below of all your social media platforms for all your companies!!!! After receiving my order from this company I contacted them to advise that one bottle was actually broken upon receipt and the other bottle had a thick lumpy texture and a very strong odour I received a reply which I have posted word for word below Hi Donna, So sorry for this issue, could you please try pumping it 50 times holding it upright? This is a semi common issue and after doing that it should start working on every pump. If you pump it 50 times and it doesn't work, please let me know. I'll be happy to send a free replacement with free priority shipping! IF you haven't yet, Please use a damp sponge/makeup brush and only DOT-SIZED amounts as a little goes a long way (As little as you can first - then add as needed). Hope it makes a difference! I received a rather rude email telling me to send the product back at my own cost with a tracking number and when received they would refund me meaning it would cost me over £10 in postage and packing to return the product. The address given for the return was 926 Kennard Way, Sunnyvale, CA, 94087 Upon goggling this address I found it is a residential property and has had several businesses running out of it all of which have many many complaints lodged against them. As well as Lanera the companies GETPHOERA ( another “ miracle foundation” ) NeckTomy ( a massage product that has caused serious pain and injury to many customers) To name a few are running out of this property. As the photos below confirm TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IT IS A SCAM !!!

Bought two shades, both didn't quite suit, however the main issue was the pumps don't work. I am aware now this is a regular issue. Customer service recommend 50pumps to get it started, neither bottle after 50+ pumps work. I am currently trying to get my 100% money back guarantee, however this is proving to be difficult as they won't pay shipping costs! So not an accurate statement. The address given also looks like someone's house. I would not recommend for these issues.

This is a massive marketing scam! I was sucked in by comments on FB ( which must be fake) the product can be described as stage make up, it’s heavy, Cakey, dry and looks like I have put a mask on! I can understand people’s comments around hiding imperfections, it probably does ( for an hour or so) however a good concealer will do that! This is just a rip off, someone must be rubbing their hands due to the revenue earned from this awful cosmetic product…my premium foundation only costs £40 and I have it for ages…. Great marketing Lanera, your marketing team deserve a cut of the big profits you have made!!

Bought 2 foundations for me and my friend. Even though we are slightly different skin tones you recommend the same colour. My younger friend finds it too dark. I find my colour ok but find it very drying and it does not cover the pores on my nose .Not quite up to the hype on the internet . Would not buy again as for me it dries my skin does not hide my pores or wrinkles ! Not what it says on the tin ad they say .

Disappointed customer. Claims to be oil controlling and 24 hour wear proof. I have not found this to be the case. I used primer prior to applying and setting powder which made no difference. I would compare it to a cheap high street brand foundation. For the money I expected more. Won’t be buying again. Be wary of fb reviews. Contacting them to sort out a compromise.
