I ordered 3 sets of titanium kitchen utensils. They came in very poor packing and 10 of the items had dents on their handle and one was scratched. Moreover the product is of low quality finish and the edges are not finished properly - they are sharp and will surely damage to pot or pan. I tried to have them returned but they kept insisting that this is what I ordered!! They offered me usd4 and then usd6 as compensation when the lot cost me close to a Usd100!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY LOW QUALITY.

When ordering two landscape t-shirts, the complete price at checkout was like 38 dollars. Once the item was prepared and ready for shipping an additional 20% charge was added and the payment taken. All within the same day of ordering i contacted them and asked that they cancel my order, this was all done on 04/09/2024, they advised it was too late and the item had been processed to be sent. The item was sent out on the 05/09/2024 and as of today 18/09/2024 the item is showing still under inspection by US customs a full two weeks after the original order, really poor, don't use this comapny.

I ordered what was meant to be titanium utensils but what arrived was stainless steel and very cheap quality. This business is an absolute scam.

Massive scam. Bought 3 stainless steel cutting boards. They were supposed to be "double sided" with a SS side and a rice husk side. What I received are 3 very flimsy, very thin, somewhat rough-edged pieces of stainless steel. Not double sided. CHEAP!! I reached out to return the product and after no fewer than 10 back and forth emails and several escalating offers to make me happy with a tiny amount of compensation (started at $9 and ended at $24), the agent refused to provide the return address and has not replied to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the doll, the pictures show that it is made of fabric, and it states in the description that it is fabric, it is a lot smaller and it is a skinny little plastic doll, the clothes and hair don't even match. And yes I reported it, they don't agree, which is absolutely ridiculous DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Bought 3 jars of neck cream and after several weeks they finally arrived. 2 of the jars had been squashed and broken and the cream had obviously leaked out. I wrote to them asking for a refund. I included pictures as proof. They replied that they were sorry that the packaging was broken but the product wasn’t affected!! As if I could still use it! They did not offer a refund or replacement. The jars had been sent in a thin envelope with no protection whatsoever. Never buying from them again.

I ordered the GoPure Neck Cream from an IG Ad through landscaper.com. My order took over 4 weeks to arrive and once it did it was a total Replica of the Product. I tried reaching out to them via email which by the way is the only source of communication they allow and they advised that they will not return the item becuase their distribution dept. Advised that they delivered exactly what was purchased. Which mean this is a total SCAM🖕🏻
