DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I foolishly placed an order for 5 Anti-theft Travel Bags in January thinking they would be delivered within 30days as quoted on their website. Tracking shows the items were delivered into the uk within 2 weeks. However, It is now over 2 months and they still show no carrier available. I have messaged a few times, the reply is just to be patient.

Charged more than the sale price and like the other comments on here and on the tracking data that has been going on for a month. Wish I checked them out at the time.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Landscapet.com did not deliver the items that I purchased and does not provide adequate customer service. I received “tracking updates” that stopped after a month. When I contacted Landscapet.com they sent a series of finger pointing automated emails. I was told to contact their seller, which I did, and was told to “wait patiently”. The whole experience seems like a scam to me.

My wife bought a small travel bag on February 2. Still waiting for it. According to tracking, the item is going all over the place. From depots to depots, American to Canadian customs. Today, as at March19, it appears the package is now in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba and in transit. Well, that's still far away from Quebec. As it turns out, went on Google Street View, and the address where the parcel stands now is a tiny bungalow. Don't know if we will ever receive it. Stay away from them.

Stay away. Still trying to get a full refund . The shipping carrier used sent my package to a destination in Canada that is above the Arctic Circle , Cambridge Bay Nunavet , Canada .Take an online view of map of North America , pretty obvious the shipping route to Nunavet is no where in even close proximity to the province of Ontario .Nunavet is quite isolated, no roads in Canada lead there , only accessible by air and commercial flight options are limited to weekly flights on Saturday. Multiple transfers required to fly there , so overall best case after 35- 40 hrs you can get there from my location or Landscapet carrier hub in Birmingham Al, where my package was directed to “ Canada” from . I live in the province of Ontario. I know my package was not the only one misdirected as mail transfer is done in larger bags, and I suspect not just one bag was misdirected by the carrier so this is an impact to multiple customers not just myself . Landscapet are not taking the logistics carrier issue seriously or even acknowledging that this is a serious issue . Keep saying be patient, we “urged “ the carrier to update shipping information on package location. They refuse yet to admit packages were misdirected by carrier . Their website states they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and I stated they should honour a full refund given a “ misdirected “ package , is not lost and not stolen , rather an internal logistics issue with the carriers they use and therefore are their scope of responsibility to manage and support when carriers are at fault . Still waiting for my refund . My package has been sitting idle ready for delivery, lol , for the last 10 days in a province well over 1,198 km from my address with no way to deliver it unless it gets back in a bag on a plane to the correct province . Don’t expect that will happen any time soon . Overall time since order placed 36 days and counting.

I made a purchase from these fraudsters on Dec. 10, 2023. The items I ordered finally arrived on January 16, 2024. I utilized their sizing chart to ensure that the items I ordered would fit. Unfortunately nothing fit; in fact, the items were several sizes too small. When I notified them of my issue and asked them how I do a return they responded that they could not locate my order. After I sent them a copy of my order, they told me that I had to take photos of the QR Code and send it to them. For some unknown reason, the QR code attachments prevented the email from sending. I tried it on different emails with the same negative results. I paid for my items through my PayPal account, so I'm going to try to see if PayPal will intervene. They are registered on PayPal as Giske Network Technology Co Limited DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered on December 19th. Received on December 28th. I received 6 tracking mails. It seemed OK to me. However, I cannot reach Landscapet.com anymore. Still in USA on the 27th... delivered home in Belgium the 28th... it made me frown! I bought for 50... $, payed €81,00... When I read the reactions here, I consider myself lucky...
