From the time I first contacted Landscaper Outlet till the time my fountain arrived, I felt well taken care of. I purchased color samples and then had that $100 deducted from my purchase. The fountain came very quickly and looks just as I expected it to - great!

What a remarkable company! They were able to track down a storage unit that goes with our BBque set. (We could not find any in-stock) We received the unit very quickly and they actually called us to make sure we received and was everything ok. Amazing customer service!

I was a first-time customer The product (water feature) was delivered on-time and securely in an over-engineered palet encased container. The fountain was in perfect condition and exceeded the manufacturing specs in both overall quality and value.

This was the most helpful vendor I have ever worked with. It was as though I had hired a professional landscape lighting design company. I can't say enough about the professionalism, not to mention the perfect outcome for my pathway lighting!

The urn shipped quicker than expected! My family was very happy with the color of patina applied. Everything about this order was easy, up-front and no surprises. I highly recommend to all!

We custom ordered a fountain to replace one that had worn out after several years of use. Although we have not yet received the fountain, the sales staff were very helpful in helping us place our order for this custom made fountain.

Urns arrived as described. Esposito Trucking from Plattsburgh was wonderful and cooperative. Count not ask for better service. Urns are just what I wanted for my new patio.
