Excellent and quick. The only thing that I would change would be tenant verification by phone and text option instead of by email/computer only. This was an issue back in 2015, but Landlordstation.com may have changed it already. There may be a security reason to use a tenant's computer and email, which would document their IP address, etc.

Website is a little confusing in navigation. Could be clearer for easier user access to product/services explanations and how to's.

Good turn around time. One small blip related to the Tenant Insurance product but quickly rectified.

I received several contacts from my listing and I was able to respond quickly to each with little effort.

I like the easy screening process, the only recommendation is to have an option the tenant to pay for the screening at time of completion instead of the landlord. It will streamline the process for out of state applications.
