Pretty easy for tenants and landlords. only complaint was deciphering the results. I couldn't find any where in the help section to define some of the terminology in the reports.

It is a pretty thorough report. The only thing I would recommend is that they make trying to understand the information and how to navigate through it more user friendly.

I would prefer that all the trade lines not be displayed. Based on the algorithms for all that is used, a approval or non-approval is really all that's necessary.

This was the first background check I conducted through Landlord Station. I was representing the Tenants. Wasn't clear if and how I would be notified when the reviews were completed but sure enough I was. When we use our complimentary credit report it still asks me for my credit card info. That is really frustrating because I have to deal with identity fraud, so you can imagine the stress of having to put my info out there for something that is free. Your system should recognize if I don't need to pay to not ask for that info.
