Hi, Diane! TransUnion verifies the potential tenant's identity through a set of questions pulled from their credit history. If this individual does not have a great deal of credit history, that is likely why they requested further documentation. That can take up to 48 business hours to process as long as they've received everything that was requested. I don't show that we've received a request from you to cancel the remaining report in your order. You will need to submit that to [email protected] Currently, that charge is only pending. When an order is placed we authorize the amount on your card and it's set to pending until the report is run. You may ask the customer service team to cancel that out for you and they can void that pending charge. Our system is also set up to automatically void out that pending charge after 30 days of inactivity. Hi, Ladd! Thank you for your review. We are legally required to receive authorization and to verify the applicant's identity to run the reports. We do request that they fill out an authorization form for this. The credit, criminal, and eviction reports are all pulled from TransUnion. The credit portion is linked to the applicant's SSN that they provide and that is verified with TransUnion. Please let us know if we can answer any questions specific to the reports you've ordered.
