I selected a service that promised phone verification. Based on the fast turnaround on a Saturday, I believe no phone verification was performed. If the verification requires consent of the applicant, the site should prompt the applicant to give that consent, given that I pre-paid for that service. If the applicant refuses consent, the report should indicate that choice to me.

Hello! Manual verification are performed separately from the credit, criminal, and eviction reports. They often do take longer, so we do not want to hold up your other reports while waiting on the verified information. I'm afraid that we do not perform manual verification outside of business hours. They are only done Monday through Friday when we are most likely to reach those references. I also do not show any record that you have sent in the consent form to reach out to these references or the information that you would like verified. When you place an order for a report that includes manual verification an email is sent out to you with instructions on how to do that. Our records indicate that we have not received anything from you in those regards yet, so no manual verification can be performed yet. If you still need that verification done, please send the requested documents in to [email protected] If you no longer need it, please reach out to us and let us know that so that we can provide a refund back to the previous level of report for you.

Credit report not shown but applicant did have credit. I had to get applicant to provide his own credit report.

Warren, I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble with your report. If you ever have a question about a report run, please feel free to contact us. We run our reports through Trans Union and can reach out to them to see if the information is incomplete and, if it is, why it was returned this way. We are currently in contact with them. Someone will reach out to you via email today to discuss the details.

Would like to see the last 4 digits of applicants SS# on report, so I can verify the one they gave me on my application is not fraudulent.

Hello, Steven! I apologize, but we are only allowed to provide the applicant's SSN to Trans Union. We do not keep that information on file in our own systems. It is sent straight to the credit agency. As part of our screening process, we do verify that the individual authorizing is the owner of the SSN that they are providing for the report.

Not easy to navigate the website after purchasing the screening package. Hard to find the button that has pre-paid screenings.

currently my tenant had a problem to complete the tenant screen. She said when she answered the last five questions, it kept showing a different last name on the screen and she was unable to fix and submit her informaion. I hope that the process can be approved.
