The website is very user friendly, but there is still some area needs to improve for organizing and grouping tenants into different properties.

I recommend Landlord Station for background checks. This is the 5th time that I've used Landlord Station. I've run 5 background checks and rented to 4 of these individuals. Landlord Station is fast and thorough. This last time I ordered the $35 Credit/Criminal Background Check on a Sunday morning and by Monday morning the results were done. It only took that "long" because they had to wait until Monday morning to check on a possible criminal history- which turned out to be a traffic violation. I am always more than satisfied to use Landlord Station for background checks.

The process is very easy and quick helping to save time and effort during the tenant screening process. A truly professional company.i highly recommend them.
