Hello and thank you for your feedback! We receive the reports from the credit bureau. Previously we were able to reformat the reports, but with a recent update they are now providing the format to us as well as the information. I will certainly make sure that we pass this along. Hi, Yvette! You can download the report from the Tenant Screening page. There's an additional options drop down at the end of the row for your screening that allows you to print or download it. If you've saved the report to your Document folder in your account, you may also share it directly to your tenant's Tenant Portal.
