I like the report of credit but the verifications of employment and rental history are not good enough.

Dashboard could use improvement for usability. People want point and click, and I find that I'm going in circles trying to find what I'm looking for half the time. virtual walk thou on how to, or video guides to show what things do and how it works. Editing features such as the rental application took a while to figure out how to edit it, then it there was a mistake how to undo it. just getting started but this is what has happened so far and trying to get help? where? Once you do figure it out on your own, it's a useful tool that gets the basics done.

Do not care for the user interface much. The site seems outdated and has a basic user experience. The tenant reports are also very basic and don't provide enough information.

Just look for the "Request Feature" option towards the bottom of your navigation bar. We're always looking for ways to improve the customer experience! It would be helpful if the system allowed for messages to be sent outside of needing to send a maintenance request. Applications that allow for drop downs would be great. It’s not the most user friendly, and the dashboard could use an update appearance wise. It would be great if sign documents could be customizable instead of just allowing for one signature at the end of the document.

I did not get a response for the email I sent to customer service. The platform was somewhat user-friendly. I needed better instructions to do what I wanted to do, yet there was no customer service phone number to connect with anyone to resolve my issues on the platform.

While you can certainly call us at 866.613.7773 with any questions, we do provide limited customer service by phone. Email will often be quicker and we're able to provide visual walkthroughs to help answer your questions. Please let us know if you have any additional issues!

Hi, Robert! Thank you for your feedback! The accept/reject recommendation used to come from credit bureau. They no longer provide that, but we have let them know that you and other landlords using LandlordStation would love to see it come back!

I had issues a few weeks ago on using your site while I’m at my 2nd home in Baja, Ca. Mexico. I had numerous emails with the Landlord Station team before they said I was to be put on a “list(?)” so, my IP address would be recognized in the future. Well, trying to use get to Landlord Station through my computer and iPhone were blocked, again. This is frustrating for me!

Hi, Alfonso! For security, our system is now blocking IPs outside of the US. We're happy to whitelist IPs for our customers as we did with yours, but we will need all of the IP addresses that you use for that.
