Hi, Rainer! Thank you for reaching out. We are working on getting an updated version of our sample report up on the website. I apologize that it's not there yet, but we will have that available ASAP. The core information (credit report, criminal report, and eviction report) is the same. The layout has been updated, but if you have any questions about where to find something, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team! I'm afraid that the recommendations were provided by TransUnion and they no longer provide that information to us. I do apologize for this. Hello! I have taken a look at your account and it doesn't look like the last couple of reports that you ordered included employment verification. The credit report will provide some basic information pulled from the credit bureau's database of previously run reports, but if you are interested in employment verification we would suggest the top tier credit report. If you have any questions about the screening levels or what they include, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] and our customer service team would be happy to help!

Hi, John! I'm sorry you've had some trouble getting ahold of us. I've confirmed with our team member that returns calls that she has not received a phone call or a voicemail from you. She's going to reach out to you via email to verify what number you called so that we can research why it was not received. She can also answer any questions that you have about the report that you received. The automated recommendation is provided by TransUnion as part of the report. Because it is automated, we do recommend that you take a look at the report on whole before making your final decision, which it sounds like you did. As mentioned before, you're welcome to direct any questions about the report to our customer service team member that will be reaching out.

I do show that you chatted with a couple of our customer service representatives who worked with you to fix the issues that you were having. We do have limited phone support. Typically phone calls are returned in the afternoon, but if someone is already working with you or your issue has been resolved through email, the phone call with be added to the file.
