Quick and easy to use
I love screening tenants on Landlord Station - it's very easy for tenants and myself to use. The reports are in very fast. However, my last person I screened told me he had a felony seven years ago, but it did not show up on the report.

Hello, Elizabeth! It's great to hear that you enjoy using our services, but I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble with this last report. There is no central database for criminal records, so we do rely on what is provided by local databases. Laws differ from state to state and sometimes from county to county on how much information they will provide, so sometimes this can limit what is returned on the report. We would be more than happy to follow up on this for you if you wouldn't mind reaching out to us at [email protected] to let us know which report you're referring to. We can reach out to Trans Union and they can usually provide us with why it did not show on the report. Thank you!

Good service. Would be nice to have a phone number to contact rather than have to sit on the computer and type when you need help, OTHERWISE Good Service
