Product looks nice
Product looks nice. Pretty much as described. Sadly, the pins used to pin the led to the rest of the lamp don't work too well. Sometimes, I leave the lamp alone for days and the next time I try it the led is just moving around inside the contained. I would give the lamp 5 stars but the above is very annoying. Plus, on top of that I've been recieving annoying email from the company asking to write a review or purchase more lamps.

Hey Isaac, we can work that out. Please hit us up and we may find a good solution that works out for you. Sorry we've annoyed you with the emails, it definitely wasn't our attention. Just sharing our excitement about our new lamps and also honest and transparent to share and confront our trip ups as a family with our customers as we're all together in this beautiful adventure. Thanks for the feedback anyway. Much love and hope to be of better satisfaction to you next time.

A éviter.

We just noticed this site and saw the few reviews on it that we hadn't ever had notice of before, so replying to it now. We've had email issues in the past, maybe you didn't receive our reply or it landed in spam, but we did reply to your request on time as we always do. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please hit us up if your issue is not yet resolved which it should. Regarding your lamps, I am sure we did send out replacements for the lamps that were assessed to be truly damaged by the carrier. That's what we always do and it wouldn't be different with your case. Obviously we don't ship out damaged lamps, the carriers break them sometimes by mistreating the boxes. Hit us up if you need any help. xoxo
