The entire process was excellent!
The entire process was excellent! I was nervous at first with ordering a ring set that is hand designed and crafted, but the experience was great. They kept me informed every step of the way, from the design point, sending me the 3D images of the ring set, and even videos and pictures of the packing stage. I would say it was over-communication at some times (which is outstanding). The rings were gorgeous, and my wife is in love with the set.

Caught her off guard in the best way
I am not the most romantic guy, but I knew I had to get this right. I nervously ordered the ring and kept second-guessing everything. But when it arrived... man, the shine was unreal. I proposed during a simple dinner, nothing fancy, but the second she saw the ring, she teared up. Totally caught her off guard. Best surprise I've ever pulled off!
