Been using the product for a while. But the last order for 3 balms I received were really disgusting. Similar to what another review said. “it's grainy and chunky”. I doubt this review will stay up for very long or they will give the standard reply “we are sorry to hear about your experience please contact customer service” which I did. Crickets. Oh and good luck trying to open it.

I love being blamed for a faulty container. "Tension cap". Yeah? Try FUSED. I had two strong guys try to get the cap off and neither could. Held it up to a light - suckered was FUSED to the bottom. So we tried a soft mallet to get it loose. Still wouldn't budge. Put it in a vice to get more grip....nope. So I sent them a message, "can you please replace this?" Because at $20 I sure would like to USE the product. Their response? YOU BROKE IT. We will replace once YOU PAY to ship it back. Putting this already expensive lip balm into the "$25 I'll just use something else range." Filed with BBB. And their response was demeaning "we understand some people with dexterity issues may have problems but we never recommend a hammer so you damaged it". Yup. My 21 year old EMS son certainly has "dexterity issues". And the cap was FUSED. It was STILL FUSED after the mallet. They refused to replace, blamed us, assumed we had "dexterity issues" and then blocked me on social when I posted my experience. STAY AWAY. Plenty of other lip balm businesses out there that appreciate their customers and treat them right.

I would give no stars, if I could! This product actually DRIES my lips! It's one of the worst lip balms I've ever used---and it's not cheap! Never again!

I was so disappointed in this lip balm. I have been a customer for 4 years. I was tired of Blistex and Chapstick which never seemed to keep my lips moisturized for long and I always had to reapply constantly. I took a chance on La La Leaf after seeing an ad on social media. I bought a few to try and loved them. The consistency of the lip balm was so creamy and luxurious. It made my lips feel amazing. I didn't have to reapply nearly as often as balms I used before. I even bought in large quantities because I wanted to always have a backup if I ran out and I gave some to family and friends who also loved them. When I saw that there was an SPF version, I was excited because I've started getting into protecting my skin from the sun more now that I am outside more often. The SPF version is nothing like the original versions I've used. It is thick and just sits on top of my lips without absorbing and making them moisturized. It reminds me of Burt's Bees which I hate for that exact reason. To top it off, the very noticable white cast makes my lips look like I just ate powdered donuts. Maybe it wouldn't look quite as bad on fairer skin. I'm so disappointed and stuck with a bunch of these because I bought several assuming they would be just like the ones I'm used to. I wouldn't even give these away to loved ones because the quality is nowhere near the same as the one that they're used to using. Additionally, I got a bunch of the original balm in lemon to replace the SPF ones, and while they don't make my lips white, they feel just as thick and waxy. The company obviously changed the formula and I'm crushed because my lips don't feel like they used to when I apply it. I'm currently back on the lookout for a new favorite lip balm because it is no longer La La Leaf.

Order#164578 I bought three different balms and broke out in a severe reaction. I contacted the company and returned the product as requested via first class mail before the thirty day period. Hola claimed she did not receive it. There is something shady about this company as the return address is in Illinois yet they claim they are in Miami Florida. In essence they have taken my money and not honored their return policy. The product is not worth the high price. I broke out with cracked lips that were bleeding. I have proof the product was returned and Hola has ignored my emails and calls. I am very upset and will continue to seek my refund and let the public know that this is a dishonest company that does not care about its customers to the proper authorities and on social media and the Internet.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered spearmint lip balm and received pumpkin. Contacted Lalaleaf and was told there was nothing they could do. So I contacted Amex and received a credit. Threw the pumpkin away because I cannot stand anything pumpkin scented and no one wanted it.. will never order from them again.

Stay away from their lip balm. It broke out my lip, and also, is no different from any other. Had to keep applying it-that’s probably why it broke me out. Also-NO RETURNS.

Worst customer service. Sent me two of wrong lip balms I didn’t order & refused to make it right. Will never order from them again & letting all my friends who order from them about my experience. Don’t know if it was a bot responding to me or a human. Refused to give me a name multiple times.
