I am giving them a 1 because they will not post any negative or critical reviews on their website. I tried to leave an honest review with pictures of the Luna hijab. I said it was not as bright/vibrant as the pictures displayed on the site.What I received was very muted/pastel in contrast. I said despite that the hijab was still pretty but I'm disappointed. I tried to post the review along with pictures as proof and they would not post the review despite it being a verified purchase. So here's another experience. I bought the super nova hijab and whatever bleaching agent they used ate holes in the hijab, in the colorful areas where they bleached. They need thicker material for the bleached scarves or use a softer bleaching agent to prevent this. I only wore the hijab 4 hours total, I was very very sad. So sadly it's used as a house hijab or a hijab I throw on to do yard work. So 1 star for them being dishonest. I wonder how many others had lack luster experiences and they hide them by simply not letting the reviews on their site. Bad business practices and very unislamic of them. I have my own small business and I display all reviews, negative or positive.

Anyone trying to make a purchase please be WARNED that their customer service is terrible! I recently made a large purchase and wanted to return a few hijabs after I received them. They were quick to approve the return, but didn’t disclose that I would have to pay a large sum for customs, after paying a large amount to ship it back to them. They offered to return my package at customs if I didn’t wish to pay that amount. We then agreed that I would exchange some of the hijabs that I ordered for something else on the site, I was told to choose which hijabs I’d like to exchange them for and to let them know. After sending them what I wanted, they said they couldn’t do that and that they already processed the customs fee. They were not honest at all through the process. I pretty much returned all my hijabs and received almost no store credit after paying all of that. Very disappointing! I threw a lot of money away just to return them. They were not willing to come up with a solution that would satisfy the customer. Will not be ordering again!
