Was there to shop some maxi dresses. But the size chart disappointed me. Imagine a grown women who is petite and under 5'3 wearing a 55 inches length wise, dress. And no XS size available. I am not sure how these abayas and dresses are made with no consideration foe petite women. Not my fault that I am a short weighted women.

Best hijabs ever! Their jerseys are so soft and comfortable, and where I live it is always cold, so it's perfect for the weather. Their bamboo undercaps are so soft and comfortable, and their chiffon scarves are nice and soft unlike most other chiffon which is rough and scratchy. The colors in the scarves (particularly the tie dye ones) are really nice. Their policies regarding returns are pretty straightforward, and are very clearly stated on their website (basically saying, if you return the stuff you have to pay for shipping, which in my opinion is fair). I'm leaving a five star review because I love their hijabs and hijab accessories, but I am a little skeptical about their dresses. They are made with rayon which is notorious for wrinkling even after light wear, but I do own four of them because I don't mind the ironing. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt since these are their first actual apparel options besides hijabs. Love Lala!!!

I am giving them a 1 because they will not post any negative or critical reviews on their website. I tried to leave an honest review with pictures of the Luna hijab. I said it was not as bright/vibrant as the pictures displayed on the site.What I received was very muted/pastel in contrast. I said despite that the hijab was still pretty but I'm disappointed. I tried to post the review along with pictures as proof and they would not post the review despite it being a verified purchase. So here's another experience. I bought the super nova hijab and whatever bleaching agent they used ate holes in the hijab, in the colorful areas where they bleached. They need thicker material for the bleached scarves or use a softer bleaching agent to prevent this. I only wore the hijab 4 hours total, I was very very sad. So sadly it's used as a house hijab or a hijab I throw on to do yard work. So 1 star for them being dishonest. I wonder how many others had lack luster experiences and they hide them by simply not letting the reviews on their site. Bad business practices and very unislamic of them. I have my own small business and I display all reviews, negative or positive.

Anyone trying to make a purchase please be WARNED that their customer service is terrible! I recently made a large purchase and wanted to return a few hijabs after I received them. They were quick to approve the return, but didn’t disclose that I would have to pay a large sum for customs, after paying a large amount to ship it back to them. They offered to return my package at customs if I didn’t wish to pay that amount. We then agreed that I would exchange some of the hijabs that I ordered for something else on the site, I was told to choose which hijabs I’d like to exchange them for and to let them know. After sending them what I wanted, they said they couldn’t do that and that they already processed the customs fee. They were not honest at all through the process. I pretty much returned all my hijabs and received almost no store credit after paying all of that. Very disappointing! I threw a lot of money away just to return them. They were not willing to come up with a solution that would satisfy the customer. Will not be ordering again!

I’ve ordered a couple times now from Lala Hijab and so far the quality of their products has been great, and shipping within Canada is insanely fast! I had an issue with one hijab and customer service was amazing. They made it right immediately and without any hassle. I love their tie dyed jersey hijabs and their magnets.

I received what was advertised. Strong hijab magnets and the softest, most vibrant hijabs I own. Shipping was quick. The shop is a new start up company owned my a Muslim couple in Canada. They often have discount codes or promotions on Facebook or tiktok. I highly recommend this company.
