I left a review on 6/30/26. I thought that the product was authentic. It was not. 8 just compared label to authentic one I received today. They tried to tell me it was real a couple of months ago. Today I found out for sure it was not.

I ordered hairspray from them, which was a good price. However, when I started using it, the nozzle was not working properly, and I could not get a normal spray stream, rendering it basically useless. I reached out to them, and because it was past 30 days,they would do nothing. I will not ever again order from this company. The fact that they wouldn’t even try to fix the problem is ridiculous.

I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. I initially thought they were reliable, but after multiple attempts to reach them through email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and service delay is very frustrating. I expected much better, and this has been a poor experience overal

I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison."
