After discovering a leak following a frozen pipe, Lakeshore Restoration was quick to answer my emergency call. They clearly told me the emergency pricing and gave me details of how they would tackle the situation. They showed up promptly on a Saturday morning and all of the crew were pleasant and ready to get to work. A few days later my place was dry as a bone. They came and cleaned up their mess and took their equipment leaving behind only my equipment which they were happy to use as it was there and because it would save me a few dollars. Detailed photos and explanation of work done was provided so I could submit to my insurance. A detailed receipt was sent as soon as the check was processed. I hope to never have to call them again, but know they will be the first to get called if needed. Highly recommend.

Our house suffered flooding as a result of some burst pipes. The Lakeshore Restoration team was very quick to respond to our call for help. They quickly made an assessment of what would need to be done to mitigate and clean up the damage. As the work progressed, Alex was quick to revise their mitigation plan when it became evident that proceeding differently would be more economical. Alex and Rigo were also extremely helpful in connecting us with other contractors who could assist us with the other repairs that were needed. While we hope to never need their mitigation services again, we look forward to working with them on the rebuild of the damaged areas and would strongly recommend their services!

Wasn’t happy with work at all , sealed all over washers & dryers , throw shelving away that someone made for me , original door stop home is almost 100 yrs old , Didn’t finish the job just left me high and dry , never called before stopping over and did work without me being there and that was stated before they even started . Told me that basement and kitchen will perfect and far from .

This experience was every contractor's nightmare. No respect for any industry standards or protocols, just trying to impose a non-sense will. After a call for an insurance-paid emergency water damage restoration project, our crew was forced to reuse a laminate floor after a water damage event, guys had to dry, clean and pack each plank of a wet laminate floor because she wanted exactly same design and color (which was discontinued), we were not allowed to do all tasks that were supposed to be completed in a situation like this. We had to remove 4 layers of wet floors and underlayment, plaster walls, wet moldy paneling in the basement, and bring out old furniture that got wet in the water event and became unsalvageable due to mold contamination and swelling and delamination of the material. After we cleaned, decontaminated and dried both levels of the house, the guys repaired damaged walls, painted, installed new subfloors and laminate floors in the kitchen area, basement room walls were sealed/painted, the floor reinstallation started, we were counting on 2 spare boxes that supposedly were kept in the basement. When floor was reinstalled 90 percent and we asked for the 2 spare boxes, we were told that they made a mistake and it wasnt the same floor, retailer confirmed the floor was discontinued. At this point the company management ordered to stop the project, worth to mention that despite the project had been 90 percent completed, we hadn't received any payment yet. Then we got a call and Seefeldt demanded to remove all the installed floor and subfloor again, and set the kitchen for ceramic tile installation, which we declined, first, because this was an insurance paid project, and second because we had the project 90 percent completed and no intention of payment had been made to us. On top of all this, and after 2 months of sending invoices for payment, she started to complaint about the unsalvageable, mold contaminated furniture that we took out from the basement, and that insurance paid to replace, complaint about a chipped common hardwood baseboard, we explained that we understood that project had been completed only to 90 percent and that we were demanding payment for the work that was done only. Thats exactly where she started demanding $300 for the "damages that we caused" to her baseboard and furniture, that were all paid to replace by the insurance company. So she is getting a 90 percent restored house, after a serious water damage event, with zero payment made and still demanding $300. Really?? This lady would be the perfect fit to manage a criminal enterprise. Lakeshore Restoration LLC will stand its ground and will never accept or tolerate any type of extortion or demands for money in exchange of not getting punished with online reviews. We have been serving Northeast Wisconsin for many years, and we have helped thousands of families and business owners overcome the most terrible floods, fires and sewage spills, always with dedication and professionalism. This water mitigation project remains unpaid, and further contract enforcement and collection efforts will start soon to solve this unfortunate event.
