Lakefin Capitals was a rug pull
I was introduced to lakefin capitals about 7 months ago by a friend on twitter and it was very promising at first because the returns were so high as you move up each plan. Then they started with the hidden fees. First, it was the $500 “maintenance fee”. Then once I was in the joint plan, I was told I had to pay a $2,500 escrow fee because of my account threshold and that from there on, a third party financial manager would handle my withdrawals. Once I found out the escrow fee starts at the $4,000 to $5,000 mark, I created a second account to build up my savings and keep it under $4,000. As of two weeks ago, I was told lakefin capitals was hacked. The site is no longer active and their email doesn’t work either. I just lost $3,000. Not to mention , their customer service was terrible. There’s several other crypto investment platforms that offer better overall service and no hidden fees.
