I am finally out of the absolute darkest financial hole of my entire life. An incredibly polished 'market analyst' randomly DM'ed me on LinkedIn with a pitch about automated crypto nodes. They completely disarmed my suspicion by fronting me the initial crypto assets to test their proprietary trading bot, even letting me withdraw my first profits. They completely played on my desire for financial freedom. I liquidated every asset I owned and borrowed heavily to feed the machine, mesmerized by the ballooning multi-million dollar balance. But the absolute second I tried to pull my capital out, the entire platform locked down. They demanded an ungodly liquidity fee out of pocket. I panicked, paid it, and was immediately met with a demand for an account unfreezing surcharge. That second fee request exposed the entire scam. I was completely devastated and physically ill. I explained the chain of events to my banker, who transferred me directly to (Bramseyadvisor llc), who started an aggressive blockchain mapping campaign to track the ETH past the decentralized mixer. They identified the primary fiat cash-out accounts, alerted international authorities, and my assets were completely reversed.

I was introduced to lakefin capitals about 7 months ago by a friend on twitter and it was very promising at first because the returns were so high as you move up each plan. Then they started with the hidden fees. First, it was the $500 “maintenance fee”. Then once I was in the joint plan, I was told I had to pay a $2,500 escrow fee because of my account threshold and that from there on, a third party financial manager would handle my withdrawals. Once I found out the escrow fee starts at the $4,000 to $5,000 mark, I created a second account to build up my savings and keep it under $4,000. As of two weeks ago, I was told lakefin capitals was hacked. The site is no longer active and their email doesn’t work either. I just lost $3,000. Not to mention , their customer service was terrible. There’s several other crypto investment platforms that offer better overall service and no hidden fees.
