The ring and the center stone is beautiful sparks the sides stone are very dual and very rough not smooth not happy

I ordered my ring set over 2 weeks ago. I was sent an email that my order was being processed at that time. I emailed them yesterday, 2 weeks later, wanting to track my order as no tracking order number was included. The email response I received was that I should send a photo of the ring I received. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RING, but they sure received my money! When I navigated their website, I found a way to track my order via the order number. When I put that into the system, it said that the order number was invalid! Now, I truly believe I was duped and that this is not a real company. I am an attorney and will be filing a claim with the attorney general. Of course,immediately, I am going to go fight with paypal to reverse the monies. Please be careful if ordering from this company!

When I placed my order it have express shipping for $20 guaranteed to be delivered in three days it has been over two weeks and still nothing when asked they said it was impossible to deliver in three days and when I asked for a refund of the shipping charge they said no when I said to cancel my order and refund my money they said they would only refund half my money what a rip off be careful ordering anything from them

I have ordered several pieces from this company and I am always impressed by the quality and how quickly it arrives at my home. My favorite piece, however, is by far my his and hers titanium bands. I LOVE THEM! My fiance and I decided to get them to wear every day instead of our wedding rings because we both use our hands for manual work. I was afraid they would get messed up or a stone would eventually come out. Our titanium bands have been the perfect solution. Not a scratch on them and we wear them 24/7. Lajerrio is the best quality and an unbeatable price! I am a lifelong customer!
