I have went through 3 major surgeries, from lower back to two knee repairs and let me tell you one thing. The best key to recovery and physical therapy that I have experienced from was of course exercise and massage. Lairlux got me through many difficult times of physical therapy. The device is not only multifaceted for the specific pressures and angles it provides to target and aim the areas to help relieve and quicken the recovery in the tissues, but it is also dummy free and user friendly. I can tell you I highly recommend this product to anybody. This isn’t just geared to athletes and trainers. It is also so helpful and useful for the normal person. As you get older them aches and pains don’t get any better. 5 star for this product.
