PURCHASED FOR XMAS GIFTS.THE NECKLACE BROKE AND THE CROSS WAS CORRODED AFTER HAVING IT FOR JUST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS, I submitted an email complaint and never heard back

I bought a Cross Necklace with a crown on it and it wasn’t how it’s seen on your Social Media profile! Very cheap looking and it came in a Small plastic bag with holes on the bag! I also ordered a Pearl Necklace with a Cross on it and I was also disappointed with this Item as well. I Emailed your Company several times with Photos of these two Items and I was totally Ignored, No responses from your Company on how to return and Receive a Refund! I’m sorry but I trusted to receive something nice and I was totally disappointed! How will your Company repair this Issue and make it right?

I ordered 3 pearl and cross necklaces from Lainey. They came on time and are beautiful! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Update- the cross on pearl necklace is completely tarnished and the clasp is completely discolored at this time! Ugh Do not purchase!

My experience was great I received my order in a timely manner. The necklace is beautiful and I have no complaints at this time.

I ordered two of the cross necklaces One for me and one for my Sister They are Beautiful. The only complain that I have is the clasp is so small I can't put it on unless is here to hold the clasp open and put it on for me. Both me and my Sister have bad Arthritis in our hands our hands are all crippled up. And we both live alone so I don't know if we will be able to wear them. Thank you, Pauline Raymond

I would give you less than 1 star if it was offered! I ordered 2 cross necklaces as Christmas gifts last October- money came out of my account and I recieved NOTHING. After several months and several complaints, you admitted you received the money and you would send the necklaces… I never recieved them. Then you promised to refund my money… YOU NEVER DID, then came up with another excuse… now you have the gall to ask me for a review - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
