I had to pay an extra $18 hazardous shipping charge for hydrogen peroxide , bottle came unsealed , top partially unscrewed , and leaking a little ( 34% hydrogen peroxide does cause chemical burns ) ... It was packaged in a big ziplock bag , so it had that going for it

Fast service but I was missing 2 items. Not a happy first time buyer.

I understand running out of stock after my order is placed. It happens. But I didn’t receive a heads up at all. My $300 order showed up missing a nutrient that I could’ve picked up somewhere else. I ordered it because I needed it. Thanks for the refund of what didn’t ship because I promptly had to use it for gas money to go to the grow shop, 70 miles away.

Poor communication.

The order was mis representative the pots are to small and the pump didn't have the correct fittings to work with the system. also was going to me nutrigients but never followed up. By the time I send the items back and get a restocking fee of 25 percent, it just as cheap to keep the items. The plus side is they did take the time to help me and most of the order was great and pricing was competitive.

Pricing was good on equipment i ordered, but once the order was placed i had to call several times to receive any shipping information. The first time they indicated it shipped, but could not provide a tracking number, the second and third times they were checking on it, and finally the fourth time they were able to provide tracking information on the equipment.

The shipping cost was quite high and hidden until after the purchase was made, and there was no way to choose a less expensive option. Made it feel like a rip-off since it was out of our control. Otherwise fine - item was as described and delivered on time.
